- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ I just received letters informing me that my accounts, which I have used for many years, have been closed after credit review. The reasons are bogus and I will detail below, but what I'm most upset about is their policy of not letting (former) customers redeem their points after account is closed. I have $28.33 worth of points that they now keep for themselves. That is just plain theft. I earned those points making Amazon purchases.
